TASTING ROOM MANAGER

MC is the boss behind the taps who keeps the good times rolling here at Western Cider.

She is a transplant from a city nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains - Asheville NC - where she grew up and lived most of her life before deciding to move across the country to Missoula in 2019. She didn't know a soul other than her husband, Cory. Prior to the move, she worked many roles within the service industry such as hosting at a local pizzeria in her hometown in high school, front desk agent at a snazzy hotel, serving tables, etc... She didn't realize until 2017 when she landed a job at a yeast manufacturing company, that she felt most at home in the craft beverage industry. 

She loves meeting new people and creating relationships with customers. She also loves the challenge of finding a cider that is perfect for you, even if you claim you don't like cider. Plus she loves a good party, therefore event planning is one of the things that makes her tick. But, don't let her sass fool you, she's pretty soft on the inside.

When MC isn't in the Tasting Room, you can find her out on a hike with her dog, Lupo - sniffing wildflowers, bird watching, reading a good book, or hanging out at a local bar/restaurant with her pals enjoying the finer things in life.
