Process: The Art of Architecture

Process: The Art of Architecture

Get exposed to the inherent design, craft, & art that is behind our city's building scapes with a glimpse into PROCESS. MMW Architects will display the trajectory of several projects from sketch to finished structure. Attendees are invited to take a walk through a design in a virtual reality interactive demonstration.

Process in architecture is essential. From sketches to models to realistic 3D perspectives, we use these tools to get inside the minds of our clients and understand their hopes, dreams, and fears. If good design is clear vision manifested, then process is how we arrive at that vision. While the end goal is the same, every path is unique - sometimes smooth and linear, but more often it is tangential (and occasionally chaotic). Along the way beautiful and interesting moments of delight are found.
